Babies & Toddlers Enjoy New Weekly Music Classes

Cumbernauld Theatre is filled with the sound of music and laughter every Tuesday morning as babies and toddlers enjoy new weekly music classes provided by Rhythm Time.

Local Mum of one, Jill Shepherd has made the life-changing decision to start a new business which brings together her love of music and children.

Babies come to Rhythm Time as early as six weeks old. The baby classes will be held at 9.30am and recognise that this is a vital stage for brain development and offers a wide range of exciting multi-sensory experiences all designed to stimulate a baby’s senses.   These include fun activities such as lights, bubbles, foil and much more all with lots of music, dancing and singing.

At 15 months children are ready to move up to the toddler class.  The toddler classes will be held at 10.30am.  They encourage listening, exploring a wide range of percussion instruments, rhythmic imitation with lots of dancing and singing.

Says Jill: “ The new classes are full of fun for parents and children alike.  The Cumbernauld Theatre is a great venue with lots of free parking; I hope people will come along and find out what Rhythm Time is all about.”

Toddler classes are on Tuesdays at 10.30am

Baby classes will start on the 2nd March at 9.30am
