DUTY MANAGER (BAR AND FOH)
20 hours per week
£11,557 per annum pro rata (based on 35 hrs per week)
Initial 12 month contract
The Duty Manager (Bar & Front of House) is a customer facing role, primarily responsible for the effective delivery of the Theatre’s Bar Services, with occasional additional Front of House responsibilities. The role requires operational bar working and supervision of other bar assistants, and through clear and efficient communication with other staff to ensure that the Theatre’s customer services are efficiently delivered.
This role is entirely operational and flexibility is essential. You should be highly motivated and thrive in a busy customer focused environment. A degree of supervisory experience is required.
