New Vacancy: Business Manager (Maternity Cover)

The Company seek to appoint an experienced arts administrator or producer to undertake the role of Business Manager.  This is a senior management appointment.  Working alongside the Artistic Director, Ed Robson, you will have significant responsibility across the organisation, supporting the creative and commercial programme with leadership excellence in administration and operations.

The Business Manager role is focussed upon ensuring the effective delivery - administratively, financially, operationally - of these creative services alongside providing strategic management of our commercial trading.

Ideally, the Company seeks to appoint a full-time employee.  However, the Board recognise that this may not suit some qualified candidates and welcome applications from those seeking to negotiate on a part-time or flexible working basis.

This post is offered on an 8 month fixed term contract providing maternity cover, with a possible extension to 10 months, commencing in July 2012.
