How to Book Tickets

You can reserve or buy your tickets from the Box Office in person, by phone or by post. We accept all major credit and debit cards. You can also make a reservation request via email.

The Box Office is open from 10am to 5.30pm Monday to Saturday and until 8.30pm on performance evenings.

If booking by post, please include details of performance dates and times, your name, address and telephone number and make cheques payable to Cumbernauld Theatre Trust Ltd.

We hold reservations for four days or until half an hour before the show starts, whichever is sooner.

Group discounts are usually available for parties of 10 or more. Concessions are available to students, school children, senior citizens and the unwaged.

Access

An induction loop system for use with hearing aids is available in part of the auditorium. We can accommodate wheelchairs and have level access to the bar and adapted toilet facilities.

Large print and taped brochures are available for the blind or visually impaired, and you can view a text only version of the website by clicking here. Audio description is provided for selected performances - please check with Box Office for details.

Please advise the Box Office of your requirements when booking as wheelchair spaces and audio description headsets must be reserved.

Booking Terms and Conditions

• We hold reservations for up to four days or until half an hour before the performance starts, whichever is sooner.
• Refunds will only be provided in the event of a performance being cancelled.
• Tickets exchanges, for the same event, are available up to 24 hours before the performance.
• Tickets may be returned for resale and will be put on sale when the show sells out.
• Please note that latecomers cannot be admitted until a suitable point in the performance, which may in some cases be the interval.
• The management reserve the right to alter or amend the programme or artists as a result of unforeseen circumstances.
• The management reserve the right to refuse admission.
