This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious marketer with an active interest and experience in the arts and cultural sector.
With a flair for digital and traditional marketing, you’ll be responsible for shaping marketing strategies. Your practical support will ensure communications and campaigns are on brand and raise awareness of our programme and events for the community we serve.
Create detailed season-by-season operational marketing plans.
Deliver a mix of marketing methods (from traditional print to digital) to maximise attendance and income for all performances and events.
Planning, overview and implementation of (digital) content management (including press releases and social media).
Negotiate and work with contractors, such as print and web-designers, to develop both appropriate print and e-marketing materials as required.
Organise guest, press and other audience events and building relationships with key marketing stakeholders.
Contribute marketing knowledge to the audience development strategy.
Prepare marketing budget for approval and monitor throughout the year.
Undertake analysis, using database statistics and audience feedback surveys, to monitor attendance and evaluate the impact of marketing initiatives.
Undertake training as appropriate and as agreed with the Artistic Director.
